"Placed my order 10 minutes prior to getting to the location. When I got there order wasn't ready and 4 people who ordered after me in the restaurant ordered and got their food quick. There literally wasn't any line those people came in after me and there was only one online order on their screen which was mine and I overhear one employee tell the other to make the food because I've been waiting 15 minutes already and he says I'm barely going to make it so I wait another 10 minutes. Maybe I'm hangry but that's the worst service I've gotten in a long while. Would give Zero stars if I could. UPDATE!! I started eating the chicken and it wasn’t even fully cooked I waited long for what??"

"Don’t come to this location. They don’t give honey.. they said only when you buy biscuits but in the other branch they give out honeys.. the people working here not even nice. Even just a 1 or 2 honey they can’t give… never I come to this store again in Haster and Garden Grove.. I should give a negative reviews or no star unfortunately no option for negative or 0 star"

"Shockingly there has been so many Popeyes I’ve been to over the years that this particular location has great employees that have a good attitude. Normally you order and it’s like they are doing a favor for you. 1 star deducted because we got a chicken sandwich that was almost raw inside, maybe a one off. The rest of the meal we got was cooked perfectly. Entrance is weird if you’re coming off the 22, but if you’re coming from city streets pretty easy to turn in."

"Great food and great service from the African American cashier. She was very welcoming and helpful. This is a fast-food joint that is mostly focused on to-go orders so it is a pleasant surprise to see this level of service. I've had service at fine dining restaurants that pale in comparison. Kudos! The rest of the restaurant is as expected for a neighborhood fast-food joint. It is clean."
