"Driver was driving slightly erratically, called the number on the vehicle only to be told he was dispatching and driving at the same time. Was treated as though it was no big deal. When driver turned off, he flipped my wife off."

"I have never used this taxi; but I will tell you one thing. As a driver who shares the road with others, I can take it from personal experience one of their drivers gets road rage on multiple occasions. I always do the speed limit, or 5 above like most people. Today was no exception; doing the speed limit, simply trying to merge at SOU before I get cut off into two directions and not only does this driver block people on the road he also tailgates extremely close to others. He pulled into some apartment buildings only halfway, blocking the drive way, bike lane and people behind him from passing him at a double lined lane. Meaning, this almost caused a three car pile up with a bicyclist on the side that couldn't escape the cars on the road and cars parked on the side of the road. To make matters worse, this driver also had a passenger. To notify the company, I gave them a call and they hung up on me as I was explaining the situation. (I wasn't rude at all, I was just informing the business) Just in case it was a connection issue I gave them another call on the off chance it was a connection issue; but it went straight to voicemail twice. I called Ashland Dispatch about the problem since I found it alarming the business itself didn't even want to listen to my complaint, or even have an ounce of concern. Please take a different taxi who actually cares about the wellbeing of others and shares the road."
