"Took 25 minutes for them to mess up our 2 chicken sandwiches. Came out with some mystery meat not chicken. They offered some other sandwiches not ours and took 10 minutes to refund. They have no idea what they are doing. And wasted all our time"
"They’ve been out of spicy chicken for a long time which is fine but feel like the overall quality of food has dropped at this location. They gave me spaghetti in a container today which has never happened and was much less compared to the previous serving (gravy container for comparison) It also didnt have any sausage, not sure if they changed recipes?"
"We paid 31.99 plus tax and they gave us two small fries instead of the two large fries. Also mashed potatoes We ordered a large size, as it appears in the picture, half a cup. It is a disappointment to pay for something and you get another thing for much less than what you paid. No matter how busy they are, they should give every customer what he deserves"
