Carl’s Jr.

"I only put a star so I could write a review. So I walk into this Carl's jr asking for a small cup of hot water, it dont matter what it's for but I had to repeat myself 4 times to this woman because she was ever so busy on her phone, to which she hands me a small plastic cup and points to the soda fountain machine. I tell her I'm looking for HOT WATER ...she looks at me and says, " sorry we don't give hot water it's not our policy". Uh ok?! So I ask if I can use the restroom to get some hot water she says "yes", now mind you, she is STILL on her phone...while in questioning. I proceed to the bathroom to find there's a code needed...(u would think she would have given it to me, prior to walking to restroom right?!) I walk back to the counter and she's hiding behind a wall, STILL ON HER PHONE! I go to ask her for the code, she looks at me like ("why the hell am I bothering her"! While she has a ladder in her arms, STILL ON THE PHONE....she mutters out the code and I just barely heard her, I took it to the code pad and it didn't work!! So I try another one which I also possibly heard and that didn't work either!! Now I'm livered .... I turned around and walked out the store n threw the cup, I was so mad."

"The workers are extremely nice. They get your order together very quickly so you're not waiting long. The only problem I have is that there are a lot of homeless people. It makes me feel unsafe sometimes."

"I had the Beyond Western burger and delicious fries. I felt the Beyond patty could have been cooked just a little longer, they tend to be on the soggy side of not practically overcooked. Very nice staff and clean restaurant."

"I've said this before I only give 5 stars when a place has gone above and beyond. I've beenppq going to this Carl's Jr. Since 2010 until 2015 and I have had times where I might not have had the best experience, I have started going back in 2022 and since then all my visits deserve a five star review. The staff at this location are top notch. Tonight the last day May was no exception the guy who took the order to the manager were exceptional. 06/24/22 What difference a week makes went thru drive thru and ordered ice water for my service dog and they are now charging a dollar plus tax. I'll have to figure out if water is being charged elsewhere and make a decision. Dine in reuse cup add ice go to restroom and fill with water. Same water less the cost."
