"Nine out of 10 times, they ask you to move your car out of the drive thru and pull up in front of the restaurant so their drive thru ticket times don’t look like they’re taking too long. There’s so many times I want to just say “no” but since they’re handling my food, I don’t want to make them mad and potentially do something to my food, (it’s just the automatic thought because of the horror stories we’ve heard, people are capable of it despite what we want to believe of people). Anyway, they are usually nice about it and maybe they do it because they’re always understaffed, which is definitely out of their control. Only leaving a review so the higher-ups can understand what their staff are having to do because there’s not enough bodies or support, especially in the evening to night shifts."

"I used the mix and match deal and they delayed my food purposefully. It took 15 minutes for 4 items to be done and several other parties who ordered after me, got their food before me. My number was called, and the employee gave me only 2 of my 4 items. When I brought up the issue, another employee rolled her eyes at me. Why do they do this?"

"Idk why this carls is so understaffed, with 1 person running the drive through and from of store and 1 doing all the cooking. But the woman handling drive through/front is doing an amazing job juggling. She deserves a raise. Make it happen"
