"Heard that a new vendor occupied one of the spots in Steelcraft GG so I knew I had to stop by and try it out. I don't particularly crave pasta often but when I do, I want something creamy. My choice is usually alfredo, carbonara or pesto. I liked that they have options that are pre-set and they also have a customizable option. I really wanted to try the burrata pesto pasta but it seemed like they took that out of their pre-set menu, so I customized my own. I ended up spending close to $20 because I added chicken and mushrooms to my order. It was very delicious and I liked how generous portions were. As to whether this is authentic Italian pasta, I don't eat enough pasta to say anything about it but I enjoyed my meal."
