"This is a traditional Korean jeungol (nabe or hotpot) place. Mostly local Koreans seem to come here so it is a good thing. You can add extra seafood or meat items to the pot. Large size can easily feed 4 people. You can ask to add more soup stock when you want and add in eggs or noodles if you choose. As one of the side dishes they serve spicy marinated raw blue crabs if you like that. Spiciness can be varied the chili paste level. Mostly medium is still on spicy side. Of course you should order soju or makoli as your choice for alcohol."

"I had a great time at On Dal Jip with my friends. We ordered the beef and octopus hotpot, which was spicy, flavorful and satisfying. The meat was tender and the octopus was chewy. The broth was rich and had a nice kick to it. The portion was generous and we had enough for leftovers. The service was friendly and attentive. The restaurant was clean and cozy. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves Korean food and wants a hearty meal."

If you successfully make it, here are the foods you must try. Spicy raw crab is very fresh and the sauce tastes much better than other places. You will regret for your life if you never try it!!! Beef tails is cooked for long time. It’s tender, juicy, tasty and perfectly greasy. No annoying smell like typical beer tails. the vegetable in the hotpot absorbs the sauce and soup completely. It’s all fresh and has no bitter taste. The pancake is also pretty good."
