Attitude from the useless employees when you politely go back with the food in hand to exchange for the proper item. The manager is not in house according to the rude employees, the phone rings and Rings to a voicemail that's not set up, garbage establishment look elsewhere."

"I think this is the best Carl's Jr. Everything is cooked fresh and its hot . Other Carl's Jr there fries and chicken stripes sit under a heat lamp where they are Luke warm."

"Food was really good, I got the Big Carl, I highly recommend it, it was delicious. My children got the chicken stars and waffle fries, also very good. Service was fast, we went through the drive thru. Customer service was good, very helpful and friendly. They also helped with getting specials that they have so it actually saves you money, and let's face it, not many places do that, so that's a plus."

"They gave me waffle fries that had been cooked 2xs in oil. In a couple minutes the went from hot to cold and from soft to as hard as a tortilla. Wouldn’t recommend this Carl’s Jr. I also had a hair in my chicken sandwich. Worst Carl’s Jr ever. When I tried calling to complain, they ignored my calls. SMH I recommend the carls on Knott and Lincoln instead. They never disappoint."

"I ordered the breaded chicken sandwich.. I asked for no pickles in the sandwich, they gave me pickles. And then after a bite into the bigger piece of chicken in the sandwich, I notice the color is off, it’s pink (RAW)!! Could’ve at least checked if it was cooked all the way through before handing raw chicken to the customer. It’s probably just all Carl’s Jr because it’s not the first time I’ve received raw chicken… please make sure your employees are cooking chicken so someone won’t end up in the hospital because of raw chicken…"
