"The chicken was over cooked and slightly burned . It appeared as if it had been refried. Thought the skin had some spicy flavoring , the chicken was bland and dry. The service person was rude not allowing to complete my sentence when ordering , asking multiple times "is that it ?". My intention was to get a large order. However after the intersction with the staff , I opted for a much smaller order. The service and product both suffer."

"My son and I got lunch to go. For me, I had the 2pc Chicken Meal. The chicken was good. Loved the crispy skin. The French Fries had light seasoning but tasted like they were sitting under a heat lamp for a while. I did not finish the rest after only having 3. The Cole Slaw was literally cut up like square confetti and tasted like they were about to spoil. That is too bad because I was really looking forward to having it with my chicken. Maybe they were just having an off day. Maybe it is just this location, but the other Popeyes by my house is always very good. I am undecided on whether or not I will give this location another try."

"If I could give a million NEGATIVE stars I would! Spent almost $50 on this visit, chicken had NO SEASONING whatsoever, spicy nor the mild! Tasted like they refried it to make it hot because it was VERY DRY. Biscuits tasted and looked undercooked but were as hard as a hockey puck! Macaroni and cheese was old! Mashed potatoes was the only thing that was decent. Definitely will not be coming back to this location as this is the THIRD time of the same awful quality of food. 3 strikes you're out! Waste of money! Save yourself the same and go to another location, just NOT this one, HORRIBLE! Family didn't even want to finish eating the food so I had to cook. POPEYES... monitor your locations before they ruin your business!"

"Not happy with my order. Have been eating at Popeyes for years and have never had such a poor experience. Food was cold. Could not even eat. Chicken tenders were not fresh and mostly crunchy pieces. Mac n cheese tasted old and had hard pieces of cheese at the bottom of the container. Mashed potatoes tasted dirty and had an odd odor. Food is expensive and at the price asked, I expected a good and hot meal, but got a sad excuse for a chicken dinner. Never going back to this location again. Very disappointed."
