"I ordered my food and made sure it was a veggie box. I took three bites and realized that it was MEAT and Im vegan. I called the store. They did give me my money back, but that’s so disappointing how you guys just ignore peoples dietary preferences so easily. When I went up there, she didn’t wanna address me in any type of way. She just gave me my money and was like sorry about that. I can give you different food if you want. I LOVE Taco Bell but now I feel like I can’t trust it to go back. This was very disappointing."
"The beefy 5 layer I ordered had a small rock hard piece in the meat. I am not sure what it was but I almost chipped my tooth and this is the second time it has happened in Taco Bells Beef. I will not be ordering anything else with beef moving forward. It is not consistent and kills my appetite just thinking about the experience. It was honestly scary. Please be aware if you are going here."
"Drinks on digital ordering display don’t match what’s available. Wanted an iced tea, they only had flavored ones. The mango something tastes like a mango sneezed into some water, basically flavorless and no tea flavor. Chrunchwrap supreme had so little beef I thought they missed it and had to take it apart to check — merely a suggestion of beef"
"To the management of this establishment. I believe you need to set higher standards for you and your employees. Training seems to have been skipped on food preparation and customer service hospitality. We went here to pick up something to eat as we ordered the girl seem to be new here. The employee with the cross on his neck seems to have sort of an attitude like if he is better than the person he is serving. If you want better reviews and more business, maybe you should take some time out of your day to help them understand the food service business. Maybe a field trip over to in-n-out to see how they do things. As for the food, it was not even good. Hope you understand and fix things to be a better establishment."
"After a long hiatus feom visiting Taco Bell, I decided to give it a try as I was craving crunchy tacos. First impressions were that the restaurant was extremely unkempt and there was dirt and food everywhere. Every table was dirty and had not been cleaned. There was no one in the restaurant when I arrived, and no staff at the counter to attend to customers. My visit was at 2:30 in the afternoon, definitely not a busy time. I ordered my tacos and a grilled cheese and steK burrito (a new item for me). As I waited for my food, I got my beverage, and the soda fountain was dirty- soda and water everywhere, and the mat in front of the machine on the floor was filled with food and dirt. The video screens that were to let kids play had been removed, and exposed wires were visible. The food was what I expected it to be. However, the tacos seem to have less beef and more lettuce than I remember. My three tacos, one burrito, and a beverage ran me more than $15, so definitely not a bargain, and questionable worth what I paid for it. The flavor was what I expected, and the Grilled Chese Steak Burrito tasted alright. The employees went on break while I was eating, and were perfectly content sitting at a fithy table to eat their own meals. In the roughly 30 minutes I spent at the restaurant, no one attempted to clean anything in the dining area, beverage area, or restrooms. The food prep area had food on the floor, and was not cleaned during my stay. The restaurant was effectively empty with the exception of myself and a couple of customers who came in and out. My take aways are: The value that Taco Bell used to represent when I was in college isn't there- there are plenty of fast food restaurants where I can spend well under $15 and leave satisfied. This particular restaurant has ownership and/management that seems to not care about customer experience or satisfaction, and it shows. I do not recommend eating at this establishment, just keep driving a block or two and enjoy a higher quality restaurant."
