"Coffee was served cold. When I went to exchange it, the personnel seemed upset and bothered by my request. Not friendly at all, and very impersonal. Your order is placed on the counter and you pick up if and when name is called. Place was dirty and need cleaning. Personnel acted as if they are doing your favor by being there to serve you. STARBUCKS post-pandemic has really changed, for the worst!!!"

"I’ve been to several locations in my area but this particular location does not meet the same level of service or accuracy of items ordered as other locations near me. I tend to order the same drinks (pink drink & dragon fruit refresher) I always request extra inclusion in the dragon fruit refresher (I pay for the extra) yet they never add it and they say they do. It’s happened on several different occasions and only come to this store because it’s on my way to my destination. I just don’t understand why some items are made differently, you’d think that they would all be made the same. The most irritating part is that they never go out of their way to make things right after I’ve brought it to their attention."

"Their chai tea latte isn’t the best, they don’t froth the milk properly so it just tastes like plain chai tea with milk and their breakfast options are reheated. I recommend going to a small business coffee shop as Ive found their drinks usually taste way better, especially with fresh roast coffee and generally have a wider variety of pastry options. There wifi connection is very fast and reliable, I spent about two hours there doing online work and not once did the wifi have connectivity issues. This place is good in a pinch when there are no other options to do work online especially early in the morning when most other places haven’t opened yet, just bring some headphones to block out the music."

"The lady at the register was not welcoming the customer. She just wants to get the order and that’s it. No promo sales or something to upsale starbucks. But it’s okay. It wasn’t that busy when we came at 1 pm. There’s always an improvement on this establishment."
