Starbucks

"The drinks here are cost about $1.5 dollars more than other Starbucks locations. Customer service is trash, I took less than 50 seconds ordering but the employee was still rude and impatient with me."

"I don’t normally rate places but oof. I ordered a Salted Caramel with extra foam and was charged accordingly and I got a Vanilla Sweet Cream with extra VS foam… Basically a whole different drink :( edit: i feel like they don’t train their partners correctly :( I ordered the Salted Caramel CB again and told them to sub out the caramel with vanilla. This just gave me a Vanilla Sweet Cream with extra regular foam again…. Please train your register cashiers better!!! And give them time to learn the acronyms."

"The location on SDSU could have been better. It was crowded, which I understand but at least three people received their orders before me and they were behind me in line. Then, one of the baristas put my down but didn't bother to call my name. Luckily, I saw the item and my nay on it."

"The biggest Starbucks location in SoCal!! Very clean, organized, friendly & courteous staff, great Drinks of course! This licensed store is inside the campus of San Diego State University. Great place for students to do their studying, networking, eating, & working. Open early & closes late - 11:30pm making it available to all SDSU students to study & get coffee & meals. Managers & staff are very accommodating & courteous, friendly & organized. Love this location!"
