"They had only one employee who was the most pleasant, focused, and calm that I have ever seen! She is apparently holding that place up by herself. The line was long, and so was my order. She remained calm even though the line was getting longer and finished my order to perfection! Oh, and the bagels and donuts were delicious!"

"Decided to try this location out instead of the one in Telegraph and what a huge mistake. Horrible service and even worse variety. It was 7:10am and they had very few selection. The muffins where half the size of the store in Telegraph. They had no croissants and hardly any bagel selection for the sandwiches. Very poor quality food compared to the other 2 yum yum stores in the south bay. Will not be coming back to this location."
