Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

"I am not joking when I say this is the absolute worst restaurant I have ever been to and it right next my house so every 6 months or so I decide to give it another try and it is ALWAYS undeniably horrible. The food is fine, whatever, it's Popeyes. But the service will leave you in a rage blackout. At the very best, you will just get home with part of your order missing. At worst, and more likely, you will have ordered online, go to pick up the order, wait at the monitor for 7 minutes without anyone saying anything to you, drive around to the window sit there for another 5 minutes while you can see people inside, again with no one coming to say a single thing to you. You will notice a number on the window for complaints or issues so you call it and the mailbox will be full. Don't go here. I sincerely hope they go out of business and it's turned into a boutique dog groomer or something."

"The tenders are nice n crispy but how do you burn my Mac n cheese and still throw it in my bag when it looks all burnt??!! Thats bad service."

"If I could give -1 stars I would. The little witch at the window was extremely rude! She left the window after arguing with me about my order and how busy they were when there was no one there but me and she went to the guy who was preparing my food. I moved my car up to see what she was doing, when she saw me she and the guy moved to an area where I could no longer see them. There was no way I was going to eat that food. She told me to take it up with the app? I paid $12 for food I wasn't about to eat. I drove down to In & Out & gave my Popeyes meal to a homeless man. He was very grateful. Needless to say, I'll never go back to that Popeyes again!"

"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The food is awful at this location. Customer service is non-existent, and this is not the first time. I ordered all white meat but received a wing and the rest dark. I asked for spicy and got mild, and the soda was flat. Add to that the fact that I waited in the drive up over 10 minutes just to order and another 5 to 10 to get my food. I attempted to contact management 12 times the night it happened and throughout the next day, and the phone was never answered. When the voice-mail picks up, the box is full, so a message can't be left. I'm now out 17 bucks, and the order wasn't even worth it. Stay away from this location at all cost!!"

"So on Sunday 8/6/2023 it is now 10:20 a.m. and they clearly have an open sign on and say they open at 10:00 a.m. one of their workers recently just came in late at 10:15 and gave me some ridiculous excuse why they won't open yet in their dining. These people are very rude they wouldn't even come to the door to let me know or anything they laughed at me behind the counter while I was knocking or trying to get their attention at 10:20am, so I never got served or addressed I was just left outside literally standing in front of the door for over 20 minutes then I left I will never come to this Popeyes again"
