"Such a great addition to 2nd and PCH! The interior is very modern and clean! Really enjoy how they have TV’s to watch games as well. There is also outdoor seating! But on to the important stuff - THE FOOD! There is a great selection of classic, dry rub, and fusion flavors to choose from. If you don’t know what to get, they offer samples too! Went with the bone in peanut butter, dragon, Malaysian curry rub, and lemon pepper. The wings came out perfectly fried and crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside. Each wing was JAM PACKED with flavor! Honestly can’t pick which one was my favorite, because I liked all of them! Fire wings does fusion correctly and execution is spot on. They really deliver on being unique with quality taste. They use quality ingredients including never frozen wings. They account for every detail including super fresh and crunchy veggies. Their dipping sauces are all made in house. It’s not your average ranch! And also the marinara had big tomato chunks which I liked. Another highlight was the stuffed jalapeños! I really liked the batter on the outside and it was perfectly creamy on the inside. You can also wash down all this tasty food with beer on tap! Service was friendly and attentive. Will be coming back!"
