"What no refills on drinks!!!! Everything else was fine. Had to wait a bit for food but got drinks right away. Hence the problem, drank the drink while waiting for the food, so when the food came the drink was almost out. Clerk said no refills no matter. This is the only store that lve been to that does this. SAD. I guess I'll move on to other places that will welcome my family."
"I walked up to make an order and they were cleaning up so I asked if I was too late to place an order a few times. Two of the workers made eye contact and didn't say anything to assist me. I asked the loss prevention guy what time they closed and he said 10. It was 8:55 when I was trying to order. One of the workers names was Jessika. I've never received such rude service from there, but it made me take my business elsewhere."
