Mad Dumplings - Long Beach 5718 East 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90803

"I wanted this place to be great but it fell short of flavor. The value combo was a good deal, that was probably the best part, not spending too much and not feeling too sad when tossed the rest. The dumplings barely had any flavor (tried the og and the vintage) they both tasted exactly the same. The dumplikgs needed a dipping sauce, and yet the one provided underwhelming as was the chili sauce. The rice was very soft and mushy like as if it was over cooked or over watered. The bulgogi was tough like beef jerky. The fries rice was missing the mushrooms and although it was yellowish in color there didn't seem to have any eggs in it? From this experience I wouldn't go back or recommend this spot."

"I can 100% say these are the best dumplings I’ve ever had. I tried the boiled dumplings and the veggie rice. Both were very tasty, flavorful, and fresh. Very close to homemade food. A+ I recommend the value combo if you just want to try it out. It’s filling, about 10-11$ and comes with 4 dumplings and yummy rice."

"New place first time for me. Chicken dumpling was good, the pork belly is great. The original dumpling is great. 2 dumpling orders, 2 bowl orders 3 drinks for 3-1/2 people. $58 belly’s full and liked the new experience. Thank you."

"I got the Mac and cheese dumplings. They were pretty chewy on the outside, but it was overall really good. The longanisa dumpling are super delicious! And than I tried the braised pork belly over rice. Their pork belly is actually really good. Tastes as good as a fancy restaurant."
