"Cute new little spot, tried the chilaqules with carne asada on them and WOW reminded me of my grandmas home cooking. They use queso fresco which I highly prefer over jack cheese. The horchatas are made in house and not from a fountain thank God lol. I will definitely be back! I’ve also tried them on the Uber eats app recently and the quality is just as good, even though nothing beats fresh chilaquiles :P"

"The first time I came here the service was amazing. But next few time I came there, their was a guy there who was VERY RUDE he debated with me and over me asking a question. When I received my food I had to ask for salsa napkins. He was very helpful to other women that was already eating - he checked on them twice. didn't ask me if i needed anything. maybe because they way i looked that day. he THOUGHT I DIDN'T SPEAK SPANISH and i am Mexican!!. I DIDN'T GET UTENSILS AND I REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO ASK BECAUSE his attitude. THE FOOD IS GOOD And the CHEF IS KIND. BUT THAT GUY (CASHIER/OWNER SON) I WILL NOT RETURN IF HE IS THERE AND will NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE UNLESS the WOWAN OWNER IS THERE. I never understood why people have attitudes when you order from their business. If you have reserves about other races then you stay away from people and not open a eatery in a mixed neighborhood. By the way I am upset because this was third situation with this young guy, last time I was with my daughter and we had to leave because of his treatment. DEAR BELLFLOWER, WE DONT NEED RACIST BUSINESSES HERE AT ALL!!"

"The best experience by far! As the first person to have experienced the new opening of this location, I was treated almost like family being welcomed in their restaurant, and seeing their new remodeling of the location too. I’ve been a loyal customer back when they had the older owners, and I come to order specifically the tacos de gobernador (shrimp tacos). I ordered those same shrimp tacos again with the new owners, and might I say- BETTER. Thank you to the staff for being so kind and welcoming, I almost felt like family being there! I definitely recommend this location for food and experience, you will not be disappointed!"
