"The lady that works here is very rude whenever she sees us For some reason idk if she is racist or something else But she keeps pressuring us to pick flavors She slams the doors of the fridge when she serves ice cream. She is always giving us bad attitude, once twice and this is the third time that I am not coming back here She works night shift It’s 9 pm on 02/29. Deal with her or you will lose customers We come here to enjoy gelato not to get negative energy from an employee (chocolate user c) We are not coming back to this place and we don’t recommend it when this lady (server) is present"

"The best service and amazing gelato, the food is also delicious. We stayed in the Gaslamp district for a week and visited this place over 4 times, we loved it that much. The coffee was also a stand out. Will be visiting again next time we’re in the city!"

"Stopped in for a quick late night sweet treat. Service was great. Very nice workers. Cute and quaint establishment in the heart of Gaslamp district. I would have rated it 5 stars but I had a pistachio cake and it wasn’t good at all. My husband had a carrot cake that was amazing and we shared vanilla gelato which was great as well."

"The gelato tastes great and they offer more than just sweets. You’re only allowed to taste two samples of gelato prior to placing an order. The store front and furniture need a bit of a tune up. The seats are a bit worn out, but I take it a sign of good times spent with good company."
