"I had my first taste of this restaurant yesterday. I must say I was not satisfied. The chicken is not the best chicken as advertised on their windows. The seasoning is a little bland in taste if not purely salted. The rice looks delicious but is also bland in taste. The beans are not terrible but were salty. Their pico de gallo was the biggest offender as it had a sour smell already. Not quite fresh anymore. I hate to say it but El Pollo Loco has the edge on freshness and taste. I hate to say this also, but if you want one of the best rotisserie chickens, try to score the weekends -only chicken from King Taco."

"Food is consistent in taste and Quantity. The employees...the person giving out the completed orders was no focused on her job she was more concerned with getting a customer's phone number. The error on my order was correct without hassle. The parking is terrible."

"Called in to place an order over the phone and kept being told that they couldn’t take the order because they were busy and to call back. Finally someone took my order. Went in a day before and paid off my balance ($240). I confirmed that my order was for Wednesday 12:00pm pick up. The following day I went in to pick up my order and to my surprise it wasn’t ready. The person there told me it would be ready in 30 minutes then they said 45 more minutes. I cancelled my order and got my money back. I had my employees waiting for their lunch which they didn’t get. I then got a call past 3:00pm a lady telling me my order was ready. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone to order party packs from here, you’ll be disappointed."

"The best roasted chicken ever .. the flavor is awesome . It can compare to El Polo Loco as far as style and menu but this taste is 10 times BETTER I promise you.. the rice has green onions and chicken pieces The marinade on that chicken whew i will buy if i could"

"It’s not the same Juan Pollo as before. You order a 2 peace and you get 1 peace with leg and thigh attached. Peaces are so small they look like size of a pigeon. Portion of rice and beans are bigger though. $20 for 2 combos and NO drink with that and .30 cent charge for debit or credit card purchase… Employees are not like before when they used to greet you. I tried talking to them, they had no business in talking, preparing the food as fast as possible for 2 customers was more important."
