El Pollo Loco,

"I made an order for $50 worth of food at 2pm to be picked up at 5:30pm and prepaid with a debit card. When I came to pick up my order they told me that they were out of chicken!! I called their customer service to demand a refund. They said they would "investigate" . I have yet to receive a refund. How can they stay in business with such incompetent people working for them?"

"I am done with this joint. I love the food if you could ever get it. The service sucks. The parking lot is a mess but my main gripe is tonight is I wanted the $20 family feast and forgot my coupon. She said I could order the $29 meal instead. I asked if she had a coupon behind the counter she could scan and she said NO! I asked for the manager and he was busy. I said "forget it" and "clean up your parking lot". The sad thing I was there at dinner time and no one was in the drive thru and only one other person with me inside. I drove over to KFC and didnt have a coupon but got a senior discount. I am not a grouchy senior but a little bit of courtesy goes a long way."

"If i would to give zero stars I would! Messed up my order twice i ordered the double chicken tostada Salad and when I received the last one it didn't have no avocado nor Pico de gallo if I wanted it plain I would of ordered it plain I didn't want sour cream or cheese I'm lactose intolerance so I returned it til they got it right by the time they gave me without the cheese and sour cream they didn't put avocado or Pico de gallo. By the time I got home I noticed they just tried to take out the sour cream and cover it with lettuce but they left sour cream.. what a waist of MY MONEY now I can't even enjoy my meal. Poor customer service I think this is by far the WORST pollo loco I've been to."
