"Found a dress in April for a formal occasion I’m going to in a week, I’ve tried it on twice. once was in the store and then it was put in the protective bag then put in the closet, when I pulled it out this week to show someone the entire cord on the corset has frayed and my $240 dress is ruined before I can even wear it to my event. And since it was in April and you can only return something within seven days of purchase it’s my fault and there’s nothing I can do about it. But I would like to note how horrible the quality is. Also the corset string is attached to the dress so I can’t even replace the string. Leaving two stars because they were nice in the store at least"

"After looking online and in person for weeks for a black tie event dress, I listened to a hunch to go to the Westfield Topanga mall and look for a dress there. I had no idea this store even existed but after looking at the selection of evening gowns at Nordstrom, Macy’s and Neiman Marcus that day, nothing was really working until I popped into the MATTARRI shop. Within 5 minutes one of the super helpful ladies working helped me find 5 dresses that were all really suited to what I was looking for and two were incredible fits. She was so very knowledgeable and helpful and we had a wonderful time during the fitting together. I ended up getting both because they each fit like a glove and that seems very rare these days. I told her she was my Angel because I had been looking for so long and within minutes she found it for me. I think her name was Irena... She was Panamanian, so kind and helpful and really knew her stuff. Thank you MATTARI, I will be coming back for sure and can’t wait to wear these stunning dresses. Great selection, great prices, cool accessories and wonderful Staff. 5 stars +++"

"I had a wonderful experience at this boutique. I have a black tie event in two nights. I needed a dress fast. Marium was incredible. Not only did she find me many dresses, but she helped me choose which ones to buy. She was accommodating and personable. I will definitely be back. The whole staff was incredible."

"I do not recommend this store. I went here for my friend to pick out a wedding dress and instead of helping their customer have a great experience it seemed like the manager specifically could not be bothered to offer any customer service or even wanted to make a sale at all. The associates were great but the manager was truly awful and did not care at all about customers. First, we find a dress and they do not have the price. They said it was new, which was understandable, and said they would call us with the price. The manager the entire time is just acting very dismissive and pretty much does not seem like she wanted to my friend to purchase this dress. She was not accommodating - each time we left or were waiting for their contact they said they would keep the dress on hold, but we came back and found the dress back on the rack each time (only one was available). Mind you, my friend was 100% sure this was her dress, wanted to purchase, etc. Also, why do you have to call someone to find the price??? It made no sense to me. I just don’t understand the mindset of the manager who couldn’t even tell her congratulations or help better the magical experience of somebody getting married. She couldn’t even offer us the bare minimum customer service and it really ruined what should have been a great experience. Good dresses, horrible management."
