"New spot just opened up on the West side. Customer service is excellent. Food is excellent. We stopped in after our daughter’s game and had the beef empanadas, Mac and cheese bomb, an asada taco and the Mollejas. To wash this down my wife enjoyed the berry hibiscus tea. Mac and cheese bomb: a perfect golden brown Mac and cheese ball on top of cheese sauce. The flavor was spot on and texture of the macaroni was perfect. Asada taco with salsa: beef was marinated perfectly and cubed into very manageable sizes garnished with just the right amount of salsa. Nothing overpowered anything else. Perfect mix. Mollejas: I have no idea what this is but it was so delicious! A must try. This was topped with chimichurri."
