Reviews of Taco Bell
"The hiring manager call me to schedule an interview, there was this weird sound on the other side so i ask him to repeat it, he just hang up. I called back because i thought it was a mistake and he said it wasn't. If that's how he treats a stranger i don't wanna think of the employees."
"This is the one of if not the worst place I've been to for a number of reasons. Racism is not ever ok. It's especially sad when you have to explain to a child why they're treated in such a way. Just to give background information my family and I went to eat at this restaurant but two of my family members including my 5 year old and elderly mom had to use the restroom. I stood in line waiting to order but my daughter is squirming around because she has to pee. I approach the window after saying excuse me but it's technically an emergency. However, the cashier (young Mexican guy) ignored my calls to him 3 times. Finally he replies our restroom is out of service. A customer in the restaurant a young black woman says that's not true you just let a young Hispanic girl and her kids use it. Then another customer who is mid 30s and Hispanic says yeah he did and a different group of Hispanics just used it and it was working fine. I asked for the manager but then left abruptly because my family needed the toilet. My question is if the restroom(s) are out of service put a sign on the doors. Also how can the staff work a full shift without a running toilet? Plus why would the customers lie and say he's picking and choosing who to let use the restroom based on race? Either way this place doesn't ever have to worry about me spending my money there. If I'm not good enough to use your restroom as a customer. You're not good enough to earn my money and cook my food. Yes, I said customer because we intended to eat their and would've done so if allowed to use the restroom. However, thank the lord there's plenty of other options. Shame on them. Thank you to those customers who spoke up and stood up for what is right. We need to hold each other accountable because regardless of ethnicity we share this world together."
"The food is good and hot taco Bell KFC together..But one thing. OMG customer service was Hell To Pay..nothing nice about the cashier..Real Talk I ask for honey and it didn't go while.."
"Very slow service, I've been in the drive thru for 20 minutes now, also very bad customer service this is the one closest to my job but I always try to make my way out to Avalon and century because of this"
"For starters it's a KFC/Taco Bell fast food place which is cool. At night there's never enough people at the cash register, only one person and that person is so slow, really slow. Some times right after the person who just went in front me, the cashier walks to the back and I'm forced to wait even longer. My biggest grip with this place, is the waiting time. There's a long wait just to place my order and when I finally place my order it's even a longer wait. They have a big bullet proof window to keep them protected, but agian I have a hard time trying to place my order because their speakers are no longer in working order, so I have to speak through a slot where I give the cashier my order and sometimes it's very frustrating because the cashier can't hear me. I have to keep repeating myself more than I like to say. But other than that? The chicken is always great and so are the tacos. That's why I still go there, I definitely recommend the food to my friends and family, but I don't care for their customer service."
