"I've been here multiple times, like stopping here every time we are near the area since we live about 6 hours away... Today, we had a great experience. Our server Gerardo was super friendly and nice... They have delicious food,friendly bilingual staff, its very clean,large portions of food ,great atmosphere highly recommend dine in or take out.."

"As the only person who ordered a vegan dish, I enjoyed mine more than the others. Broken Yoke is awesome to be very inclusive of vegan options; lots of dishes can be subbed with plant-based egg and sausage. They charge a hefty 'vegan tax' of ~$4 for the egg and $4.50 for the sausage. Yikes. At $16/entree, that's adding up for a pricier meal than one would expect for a run-of-the-mill breakfast spot. That being said, when I discovered the "Vegan Bowl" which had all of the above with veggies over homefries, my eyes lit up. And sure enough it delivered. The bowl had a great combo of Just Egg, Beyond breakfast sausage, and delicious bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and spinach. With the potatoes it was extremely filling. I would have ordered without the sriracha as that didnt add as much flavor as the cholula offered on the table. I gave four stars rather than five because 1) other people seemed to treat their dishes like they were pretty pedestrian and 2) my dish was delicious but not a far stretch from something I would have made at home. The service was excellent, Savannah was attentive, friendly, and swift!"

"We were here in June visting San Diego and we wanted to try this place for Brunch after coming from Torrey Pines. Wow were we amazed! The food was amazing and I never had such a friendly waiter like Gerardo. We sat outside and it was really nice. I will definetly come back here whenever i come to San Diego."

"Kelly was our waitress and she is a super woman server! Used to go to another breakfast place but love that we can get a table here without a long wait time. Food is alway hot and served quickly. Love their egg breakfast with corned beef hash with "gluten free toast" option! My other associates have had the "Monte Cristo" sandwich and say it's the best they have had. Their Egg skillets are all great too.  Plenty of parking in the Vons shopping center."
