"Went in the store and was looking at a dress on a maniquin that caught my eye. The employee approached me and asked me how can she help me. I asked her if she can let me know what rack the dress is in . She said nothing and began to walk towards the direction where the dress was allocated. She pulled one out, and told me with an attitude "the largest size we have is large" Mind you she didn't ask me for my size and assume that I was going to need a bigger size. I said may I please look at the large and with hesitation she gave me the dress she had at hand. While handing the dress she states you can't try it on here you can purchase it and return it in 14 days and then walked away. This was absolutely humiliating, I placed the dress back in the rack and walked away and said thank you. I will never return to this Windsor, and will only go to the Sherman Oaks location where they were happy to assist."
