Reviews of Carl’s Jr.
"I put my order at within the hour two hamburgers and chicken tenders for kids… and western bacon.. I want to know why after I paid she told me to back up and wait.. I dont like to be told this basically telling me let me take whatever time I want… the lady who took my payment told me to back up and told me to back up. i told her for what she said for timer… please fix this at the end they I checked my order but they purposefully didnt add my bbq to my order… I can tell it was on purpose not on my kid stuff but of course I asked for bbq and they took my bbq from burger gave me none on side… please fix the management came out and said if there was an issue… she called and I told the management the lady not okay for her to tell customers to back up.. Within the hour I ordered you can hear the order and if your able to hear her later tell me… check your order they will revenge you with your order. Very disrespectful .. the management is responsible obviously"
"If I could give negative stars for the restaurant itself, I would. So, I have a very quick lunch break and I decided to come to this Carl’s Jr. right off the corner of imperial Highway and Western Avenue. I see some menu items on the window out front and so I’m looking for these items on the menu board and cannot find them.I asked the girl at the counter where I could find the prices for these items and she asked the guy that’s working the drive-through, this rude individual tells me; “Well, you’re just gonna have to ask for the prices. They’re not on the menu.” This was probably the rudest individual I had spoken to at a fast food restaurant in a while. Gone are the days apparently where an employee is polite and cares about a potential customers impression of the employee or the restaurant itself. In an attempt to express my distaste for his attitude, the young gentleman proceeded to ignore me and my comments about his rudeness towards me. I decided not to order food and I will not be visiting this location ever again. I wish people really understood how the impression given by one individual can affect the overall picture."
"These guys work hard. They definitely tend to prioritize the drive-through than the walk-ins. Maybe a little team building exercises for the morale would be good, from visible experience. Besides that the cooks on point. Same old bomb Carl's jr!"
"Hamburger was good and the service fast but the fryer oil needs to be changed more often. The onion rings were dark."
"This is one of the worst Carl's Jr s I've been at.i spent $65.00.waited over 15mins and they had to charge me twice because they didn't get my order right.and the Fry's were old and barely room temperature.Jocelyn (suppose it supervisor) did not allow my son who has AUTISM urinate on the side of the drive thru because they didnt want to provide the bathroom to customer because they didn't want confrontation with not letting homeless people use the bathroom.they said they don't use the restroom which is illegal for a business to be running with no basic restroom access.i will be looking into lawsuiting this franchise because no Carl's Jr in LA allows the customer to use the bathroom yet we spend our money with your business.and the one in Lynwood forced my teenage girls to use the men's bathroom and allowed a guy to go in while one of my girls were in there"
