"Last week I had never been to a Dave's Hot Chicken ... I'm visiting LA for work ... And now I've been twice in a week ... I will for sure be visiting the local locations when I get back to Toronto ... Which I was super happy to find out we have ... Being my first visit, I was a little unaware of what to order ... I chose a combo # 3 to try a bit of everything ... I was pleasantly surprised that there were different spice levels as I dont like extreme heat ... The staff were amazing on BOTH visits and extremely helpful when I told them I had never tried the food before and were excited to help me ... The first visit the location was PACKED ... And I didn't want to bother anyone by taking pictures in the restaurant, my second visit was a little emptier closer to 2am ... The ONLY drawback I found was that location was a little too narrow and people didn't really know where to stand once they ordered and it felt way too crowded ... The food was absolutely fantastic both times and didn't wait very long to get it ... The only issue with the take out was both times the containers were covered with the spice and grease from the chicken, but that's not a huge deal ... Hopefully one day I'll be back in LA and can visit this location again, also hope the Toronto locations are just as good when I try them ..."

"Chicken and fries looked impressive and tasted it too. Tenders come with bread, pickles and dipping sauce. Burgers were also delicious. To my Muslim family out there, there is a halal certification on the wall behind the counter."

"I've been waiting for a long time to try this place. Wasn't disappointed. Location is very convenient with plenty of free parking. The high ceiling and spray paint murals are outstanding. Plenty of indoor seating. They also have outdoor seating. Staff is super friendly. Food: simple menu. Got the Tenders with fries and Slider with fries. I opted for Little mild as I wasn't sure how spicy their food is. The chicken was FRESHLY prepared. So it was hot and crispy. Very delicious! Will definitely be returning."

"The chicken isn't bad. The fries are really good. Love the seasoning used on the fries. It took over 40 min to get my food. Which really ruined the experience. There were also no seating inside and it was extremely hot outside. For the price,quality and service I much rather hit a local canes!!!"
