"This store is great but the quality seemed a bit off. The area is nice and clean. The employees were nice. Everything in the store was organized and aesthetically pleasing. The fitting rooms were nice looking. My only problem was the quality of the items. I’ve been to a few Free People stores and the clothes were heavier and so was the jewelry. However, I came here and everything seemed a bit lighter including the clothing."

"One of the worst retail shopping experiences. Staff was unfriendly, rude, and did not even acknowledge me when I walked into the store and at no point asked me if I needed help. Was planning on spending $300+ on some new clothes for college but decided to take my business elsewhere. Do better."

"Very poor customer service from Katharine. She charged me full price on a dress that was discounted. I specifically said to send the new dress to my home and asked her and pointed to my receipt. She said do I still bill tho to the PO. Box. I said yes. Well the full price dress is charged and being shipped to the PO Box and they cant do anything about it. She was rude. Talked over me, didn't listen at all. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. I am a FP addict. I was so turned of and humiliated by this women I left the store with store credit, the only thing she got right. I have to drive back out to Malibu and I will now return everything there and I want my cash back in my bank account and will be talking to her Manager Lauren that used to work at the Brentwood store. Terrible, horrible way to treat a customer. I am embarrassed I was treated so badly in front of my friend and then she screws up the whole order, except giving me store credit which I WILL NOW GET Y CASH BACK!!!! DONE!"
