"Staff was very nice. Chicken strips were cold and one of the six chicken strips was around 1in by 1in. I definitely wouldn’t recommend getting your food inside. There was a guy passed out with a 40oz and the clientele was a bit sketchy and that’s being nice lol."

"This store is a small has no customer service and smells really bad. I was there for lunch time and I only had 30 minutes. It took me 30 minutes to get food. This store is surrounded by homeless people. This store has dirty tables and chairs Do not go to the store for lunch or for dinner."

Worst experience of my life in Popeyes, RIHANNA was completely rude, unpleasant, hateful and disrespectful, I don’t know how somebody like her can work in front of people, we were so uncomfortable. Bathrooms were the most disgusting place in the world. The should close this branch, honestly."

"Sadly there is a strong language barrier for English speaking customers. Orders are almost always a mix of what you asked for with things you didn't. Pay attention to the price for guidance on them having your order correct. This trip I ordered nuggets meal with red beans and rice.. should have been around $13, they said my total was over 20, and again I knew there was a mixup. The last 3 times I visited this location I noticed this happening to customers in front and behind me, as well as my own orders. I think they need to move the lady that takes orders to the kitchen side of the store. She is nice, and very friendly but is quite hard of hearing and really is not able to understand English or nuances like accents, special requests etc. This is really just an inconvenience and I don't wish her bad, but it gets really frustrating for folks on a limited time lunch break to waste most of it trying to get the order fixed after already waiting for it to be ready. The quality of the food here is top notch! Always fresh and crispy and delicious. Proper staff utilization would really make a huge difference for this store."

"This Popeye's was extremely clean and professional, with a beautifully updated interior decor. The staff was very friendly and helpful and quick to deliver the food, which was fresh and at top quality for this chain. I was very impressed by this fast food restaurant in a way I had not expected."
