"This place is amazing. I've been going here for ~20 years, and it's stayed consistently high quality and delicious. I recommend getting two bowls, one for your meat and noodles, and the other for your veggies. They'll cook the meat first, then add the veggies so they don't get overcooked. Oh, and follow one of the "sauce recipes" at the end of the buffet line. Just go with one of the recommended sets for each bowl you've assembled; it'll be great."
