"I’d like to make it better. A friend of mine took me to this place. They had a dodge 1500 lifted 4 wheel drive truck for sale. I had a 1955 ford f100 to trade he was willing to trade but only if I added my Kawasaki Vulcan 1500 with the deal. I really needed a vehicle to get my kids to school and me and my wife to work so I did the deal. I heard a ticking in the motor when I mentioned it the owner acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. He said he heard nothing and that the motor and transmission were both freshly rebuilt with only 40000 miles. He told me that it was a sound motor and would take me anywhere in the US I wanted to go. I returned over a month later the ticking became a knocking and he said he would give me a deal and only charge me $500 to adjust my lifters. Now the original deal was that since I was giving up my classic truck with the original motor that runs and drives and my bike that I would get a reliable vehicle for my family. The day I left his shop the truck started acting funny the knock got louder and it started smoking real bad and water got in the oil and was pouring out the exhaust. I called him and told him this and he told me I must have over heated it. I know for a fact that it never got hot. I feel like they rigged it or patched it up before I bought it and it didn’t hold. I could be wrong and I hate saying anything bad about these guys because they are really nice but I’m feeling like I got taken for a ride. I’m not happy about the fact that this truck is our daily driver for our whole family and I was told it would be reliable. When I called to tell him about the truck breaking down he started saying things like the lady who gave it to him could have driven it for 50 more years and not had a problem with it and I did something wrong. Hopefully he takes care of the problem and it doesn’t have to be taken to any extremes."

"We broke down on Sunday, the day before Labor Day. We have a truck camper combo and got towed to the parking lot near here. We had no hopes of getting any service on Labor Day but early in the morning we noticed that there was activity at the shop. We ran over and talk to the owner, I’m so sorry I cannot remember his name. He said he had just come to the shop to work on a few personal things, but he would take a look at our truck. He looked, fixed, all good heartedly, within an hour. Just finished putting on 2500 miles to Colorado and his fix works like a champ!! Thank you so much! Renewed our confidence in auto mechanics!"

"I would definitely give them a 5 star if the patch they place on my wife's car would of held up. I knew it was almost 4:50pm when I asked them if the could do a patch and was told yes. They didn't even bother to take the piece of metal out. The patch didn't even last a day the next morning tire was at 25psi from 37psi. Saturday morning completely flat. I was lucky enough that they didn't damage my tire with the unprofessional patch they did. I will not go here for any tire repair or new tires now makes me wonder what the mechanic work is like also. Spent an additional $20 dollars to bring it to a professional here in Beaumont and was very satisfied with the patch he did. I would of gave a 5 star if it would of been done right, because it was almost closing time and they actually took care of the patch, well I thought they did."
