"Was starving late at night and saw the only place that was open near me was Carl’s Jr. so I drove 10 minutes and for some reason it’s closed for maintenance which I don’t get and it’s 24 hrs. I love carl’s jr. but i guess i’m going to sleep hungry"

"Terrible, was stopping by to get a morning breakfast before work but was met with a druggy asking for money, I kindly said “I’m sorry I don’t have any change” and he immediately started chasing my car with the big crane he had. I would definitely work on getting loiters off your property so customers can enjoy their breakfast. Being met with this at 7am and not even being able to pay and having to leave because of this is absolutely horrendous."

"I want to say it was super busy, but there was two guys in there making sure that everyone does their food hot and ready. Kevin and Andrew did a really good job making sure I had all my food and all my sauces. Appreciate it how they carry themselves working in the food industry"

"It's been 3-4 years since I last visited a Carl's Jr restaurant, so I didn't have high expectations. When I received a coupon, I decided to use it and give Carl's Jr another try. We ordered an angus beef burger, onion rings, and a fish filet burger hoping for an enjoyable meal. Although the food came out fast for having two groups ahead of us, the quality was quite disappointing. The angus burger was bland aside from the sauce. The fish fillet burger was greasy and tasted too fishy. The onion rings were cold. The restaurant may be clean and the cashier efficient, but the forgettable food didn't live up to expectations. Overall, it was an underwhelming experience."
