"I have come multiple times and have experienced the same issues: 1. Small portions 2. Employee attitude 3. Higher prices 4. They will not give you extra veggies or lentils. 5. I am hungry after eating this tiny bowl. For expensive prices, it is the best they can do. The Woodland Hills location is the best and I never experienced these issues. I am NO LONGER coming here with my family."

"The food here is excellent and there are good options for different dietary styles including vegan. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. It is a fast food place, so atmosphere isn't expected to be great, however they keep the temperature ice cold for some reason which makes it somewhat uncomfortable, esp in the cooler months. Other than that, I highly recommend Cava."

"Posting this immediately after visit. I just walked in and it was empty, never seen it like that but immediately and warmly greeted. Walked through the assembly line of food and item made perfectly; I like less meat and was offered another meat to make up for the difference but declined. The young lady miss “A” asked if I was sure. I watched her expertly multitask and interact with me as well as her staff. She was very kind to me at the end of our interaction that just made me appreciative and smile ear to ear. I hope she reads this and knows her kindness. She simply asked me to scan and leave a review of my experience. Even outside of this one, o have consistently had good and positive experiences here. So happy to have a cava close by.
