"I don't normally review fast food because it's fast food. Everything about it can change daily depending on who's working and how busy it is. They gave me half a freaking Epic Burrito tho! This thing costs 8 bucks. It was everything but epic. Smh. Go support a mom & pop counter order place. With how much fast food costs now u might as well go get something fresher & higher quality. It only costs a lil more, tastes better and the local family owned spots need our business more and appreciate our business more. I mean when I'm low on funds and got the munchies I'm sure I'll be on their app again but jeez... I included a 16.9 oz water bottle in the pic so u have something to compare it to. Del Taco was definitely a miss on this day."

"Horrible experience... I was greeted promptly.. Was trying to use the app and get a free Taco.. But.. No one in the store including the shift manager had No Idea on how Their Own App Works... I'm out..Going for pizza at Little Ceasars..Same amount of money.. W Most pizza already ready.. Del Taco needs to get rid of this P.O S App.. Or have SOMEONE In the store that knows about it..Maybe include it in the PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE Test...smh..idk.."

"Used to have no issues at this Del Taco but this was the 5th time they got my order wrong in the last 8 months. I order the same things every other Tuesday and it's not a difficult order; 6 value tacos with no cheese, and an Epic Grilled Chicken Avocado Burrito (or 2 Beyond Avocado Tacos). The person at the window/mic always says the correct order and the receipt is always accurate to what I asked for but what's in the bag is usually wrong half the time. I have a dairy allergy so I always order stuff without cheese. They got it wrong a couple times at first and I let it slide opting to remove the cheese myself but the 3rd time they got it wrong I had to complain because not only was it getting annoying but they gave me just meat and melted cheese with no lettuce, there's either a major communication issue in the back or someone is trying to be funny. So after that I tried ordering stuff that doesn't contain cheese, like the "Epic Chicken Avocado Burrito" or the new "Beyond Avocado Tacos" but apparently they can't even get that right. Over the last 3 months I've received a "Grilled Chicken Burrito with cheese" instead of the "Epic Grilled Chicken Avocado Burrito" which I was charged for on the receipt and this time I got the "Beyond Tacos with cheese" instead of the "Beyond Avocado Tacos" that I ordered. I will not be going back there and I recommend that everyone checks the order thoroughly before driving off."
