Domino's Pizza

"I called multiple times and they hung up on me twice. I ordered two medium pizzas with three toppings for 10:99 each so I asked him, all I want is pepperoni I got two regular pepperoni pizzas. They didn’t even add the extra pepperoni. I am not going to lie, the pizza was still good. The customer service needs improvement, I will have to buy Dominos pizza at a different location most likely in Imperial beach."

"Putting a one star for today’s visit is being nice. I placed an online order for pick up. Accidently went to the wrong store, gladly turned around and went to the correct dominoes, waited in my car for 10 minutes, then went inside to retrieve my order. On the text, there was a two minute guarantee. The gentleman who would not give me his name, said he was not going to refund my money with my order and guarantee his two minute timer. I had asked for the managers card and he said you’re looking at him, that’s me. He said I can give you a refund but you’re not going home with the pizzas. He also said he couldn’t have left the store; he was the only one here. Then I see someone in the back peeking around the corner. I said he could’ve brought my pies out. And he claimed he was on break. Very disappointed with dominoes. I’ve been ordering from them for years. I Will not go to another dominoes again. I was treated very poorly. When I was asking questions they both ignored me. Since they wouldn’t give me their name, I took both their pictures. Intern, one of them said, can I take your picture too? I said sure. The location is 3388 Palm Ave Chula Vista CA and time I was there was 1:22 and 1:42 pm on July 29, 2023. Again, giving them a one star is being very, very nice! Hopefully this will go higher up and dealt with properly."

"I love Domino's! One of my top pizza choices, but the wings, what a disappointment. We ordered some "buffalo" wings, and we got a splash of buffalo sauce in our wings. We had like 2 or 3 wings that barely got any sauce at all!"

"The wings had a wonderful flavor. They were very tender and juicy. I can't give a rating over two stars because they were the smallest wings I've ever seen in my life. It's almost unnatural that a bird that's small had to give up its wings. maybe I'm a victim of nostalgia and I remember when wings were a nickel apiece or three for a quarter. Now they're over a dollar a piece and barely the size of two quarters squeezed together. Just not right. I won't be patronizing this Domino's again. When you figure chicken is one of the cheapest meats you can buy this is a disgrace."

"Tonight I surprised my family with Dominos to find out B.bQ chicken is sold plane with no flavor and a ranch cup. The pizza was fine. Pasta had no lid so it was cold. I’m so disappointed with my 35$ meal tonight knowing you could of done better."
