"Atmosphere is stylish, i liked dining in, and the staff is very nice and welcoming. We had the pulled pork cut roll as an appetizer, which was very good and reasonably priced at $6.50. But the ramen... we were really excited because bone marrow broth is rich and savory. We both got the ox bone original... but this broth was very bland and thin, almost flavorless. It does come with very tender and yummy brisket! But it doesn't come with the standard egg that's usually included with most ramen, it's an extra $2 on top of an already overpriced bowl at $19, so you come out at $21 for a bowl you can get somewhere else for half the price that tastes better. I honestly won't try the ramen again. It was the blandest I've ever had. But! We got the green tea banana pudding dessert which was very yummy (doesn't taste like actual matcha but still) and they had other things like rice bowls that I would be willing to go back and try."
"The cold soba noodles are some of the best I've tasted. Like ever. The chicken is marinated, not dry at all. Their chili oil tastes SO GOOD and just adds so much flavor. One of my favorite noodle shops I've ever tried."
"As someone who has tried many ramen, I was attracted by the name and rating of this restaurant, unfortunately, it was a disappointment in many ways; you can tell that they used convenient ingredients as replacement. For example, chives instead of the green scallions, a lot cheaper and longer storage time. A typical Raman usually comes with eggs but you would have to pay extra for eggs here. We tried their signature dish, which is the ox bone soup, however the beef tasted sweet and artificial (I ordered the spicy one) like those pre-cooked pulled meat from supermarket, along with other strange things, carelessly thrown together. It was not ramen at all, but they used thin Italian spaghetti pasta."
"Very clean, pleasant restaurant. Service is good, accommodating. Was able to order onions on the side. Food looks and tastes wonderful. When ordering extra noodles, they took a while and were a bit hard. Otherwise great experience and will be coming back again."
"The food was insane!!! The ramen bowl is sooo big it should be served in Texas!!! It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!!! The service was amazing. They were very attentive. The atmosphere was comfortable and cool. It is all in all a great place and I would highly recommend it to anybody that either loves ramen or wants to try something new."
