"Worst customer service ever! I ordered a pizza and some wings to be delivered. The delivery never showed up. I called them after about an hour. They couldn't even find record of my order. After speaking to three different people and spending more than 45 minutes on the phone they finally located my order. Then they told me it came back undeliverable whatever that means. I informed them I've been waiting over an hour and I was sitting in my living room with the front door open the entire time. The manager said the delivery driver came back and said no one was at the resident. I ordered buffalo wings and a pizza but only the buffalo wing showed up on their order. And the cost of my 8-piece wings came out to $23. The manager told me there was nothing he could do about the order not being delivered and it would be sometime before they could send another person with the food. The charge was already showing up on my credit card and he said that he could cancel it. He said the charge would drop off of my account by that evening which was Friday. Sunday afternoon I checked the account and the order had been charged. I went back to the store in person and got a different manager to do a refund. This process took about half an hour. Her name was Miriam and she was quite helpful. I believe the first manager I spoke to was named Ricardo. He was of no help at all. In fact when I told him I was going to write this up on Yelp he hung up on me. this was a triple awful experience and I will never shop at this Pizza hut or any other Pizza hut... EVER!"
