"This place is great. The Al Pastor is flavorful and not greasy, the pineapple chunks are a nice addition that many places ignore. The Carne Asada is very much a winner. On weekends, they offer a birria de borrego ( lamb ), which is rich and has a complex flavor profile. The consome that is offered is good too, similar to a Poole, with chunky goodness throughout."
