"Food was good. Atmosphere was fine since I was there for 30 min! Customer service was very rude! Cashier told us 12-15 minutes. Took 30 minutes for my food. Customers who ordered after me were waiting a long time but they all got there food before me. Seems like forgot about us until my wife had to go ask how much longer we would have to wait. Manager seemed hesitant to apologise but did anyways. I got all the way home and they forgot to give me drink. I drove all the way back told the manager they forgot to give me my drink. She said what drink was it? I told her. She filled it up set it down in front of me and walked off. No apology or sorry for the mistake. I told her an apology would be nice and she just kept walking off. Didn't even care. Sad. I will not be returning."

"9/6/2022- seeing how people are still talking about the wait times, they’re only long when ordered in person. The way to go is either by phone or the actual Wingstop app as it takes 10-20 minutes on average to complete an order. Now, just tried the new chicken sandwich and for $5 it tasted amazing however the size ain’t something to write home about. Anyways, the chicken sandwich is a easy 8/10 on flavor while an easy 6/10 on price compared to other food options in Santa Paula offering chick sandwiches! Prices reflect the quality, it’s on the higher side of cost compared to the rest of fast food around the area of Santa Paula. But, you’re able to to tell right away that the food is prep with great caution creating a sense of consistency when ordering. For me Wingstop is like a fast food joint to go to treat yourself. In retrospect not everyone can come here every other day cause of their prices but, you’re able to know that when you order you’re receiving a high quality product"
