"Hadn’t had a Super Supreme pizza here in over a year and was disappointed. Not nearly as good as previously. Seems like the ingredients have changed to less expensive toppings. Not sure if I will ever go here again. Used to be my first choice over all those ridiculous places in Palm Springs. "My family and I went into this restaurant to sit down and eat. We walked in and a staff member with dark hair just yelled “are you ready!?” While looking at the opposite direction of me so I was unsure if she was speaking to me.. I got her attention to order, then she rudely said we can’t eat inside and that they’re only accepting take out orders. Her attitude is what made us leave and choose something else for dinner. She was working at 5:00pm 2/4/24. Customer service is a big deal!"

"Ordered from their easy to use app. Ordered two items from their $7 Deals Menu. Guess what? The first item below that big heading is actually $9. The wings? $8. Huh? Those are not $7 deals. It's not the fault of this restaurant. It's the fault of their corporate office. So I took one star away from my review. Once I got past that false advertising, I ordered my $9 one- topping medium pizza and $7 chicken pizza melt for pick up. Here's all the good stuff: I went to pick it up at the time the app said it was ready and it was ready on time! The inside of this Pizza Hut is really clean. Free parking too. The staff are very friendly and seem to keep busy. You can see the kitchen right there behind the counter and I am happy to report it is immaculate! Super clean. The food was hot. My order was accurate. And both items were delicious, especially that Pizza Melt. It might be my new favorite thing at Pizza Hut. It's THAT GOOD! The pizza was good too. I'm usually a big fan of another pizza chain, but this Pizza Hut in Palm Springs is making me re-think things! P.S. They don't serve beer or wine in the restaurant like they used to anymore. Might be why the restaurant always seems empty. Sign of the post-pandemic times I guess."
