"My son and I just happened to walk by Journeys and we were greeted with smiles and politeness by two young ladies. (Raina & Kaiya) We said hello back and decided to see what was in this store. I mean if it hadn't been for these two young ladies we would not have come entered. They showed us the new and sale items. And though I really hadn't planned on buying anything, I left after purchasing a really cute pair of Crocs. They explained the care and the many ways to wear them! We will definitely be returning to this location because of the expertise and and kind manner in which we were treated! Thanks again to a duo that deserves to be acknowledged. I also saw some converse I will be back for in two colors! Their names are Raina & Kaiya!!! Thanks again you two!!!! Please visit this location and with these two there us infinite knowledge and you can't go wrong! I hope corporate reads this review and promotes these two young ladies!!!"

"My boyfriend and I came to look for some chucks for his teen niece. Although we didn’t find in her size the shoe color she wanted, the lady at the register went to the back each time we sent her looking for a size 8.5., I think it was atleast 4 times. We finally found the right size, left with 2 pairs and some socks. His niece was very happy by the way. Thanks for your patience girl!!"

"Such an enjoyable experience. Efran, the Store Manager, went above and beyond to make sure I got the shoes I’d been searching for, for weeks. Although it was not available in his store, he was nice enough to make some calls to have it shipped. The entire staff looked happy to work and was full of energy, that gave the stores atmosphere a positive vibe. "The 3 people who were working at the time 11/7 at 9pm all 3 completely helpful.They had a lot of info about the product I was purchasing. They were so nice when we walked in and got my uggz in less than 45 seconds. I was in and out of the store in 3 min with a nice friendly conversation. This is very rare these days."

"Do not purchase from this store. Their return policy suck. My kid got a pair of Van of the Wall checker for xmas. The person bought them too small, I try to exchange a size bigger, and they rejected the exchange. Even exchange is not allowed so disappointed this store. I never shopped there, and I never will."
