"The guy who is working here, probably the owner is so rude and unprofessional and has no sense of customer service. I asked him to adjust my bag strap length. A very simple job! He detached the strap connector and was trying to figure out a way to cut the strap. After almost 20 mins he gave my bag back to me without attaching the connector or even cutting the strap and blamed me for wasting his time with negative facial expression! His attitude was unbelievably bad! I am sorry for you."
