"I just came to shop here and I was very disappointed with the service. I never write reviews like this, but in this instance your sales associate nayeli provided me with a bad service at your store. I asked about a few pairs of boots and she would answer in a rude manner and would not acknowledge me or when she did she would look at me as if if I didn't have money to pay for the items. I was going to buy multiple pairs, but with the bad service and the bad attitude that I received I only ended up buying 1 pair. As the cashier was checking my item out who was really friendly by the way, nayeli ran to the counter to notify him that it was her sale when in reality she only gave me a bad experience. "5 months ago I went to the Boot World store because I had heard several recommendations from people who said that the store offered "quality" in their boots to their customers, however when I went there and bought a pair of Puma brand boots that cost more than 200 dlls, it turned out that 5 months after having bought those boots, and used them, they broke inside at the height of the heel, and now I cannot use them since when I walk I end up scratching and lifting my skin, generating a blister; As it is possible that such an expensive and "good quality" pair of boots wear out so quickly! I have had much cheaper boots (80 dlls) and they end up lasting more than a year, in that case I better get cheap ones, it must be said that I do not work in a heavy place, I work in a warehouse (The Home Depot as a Delivery Man), but also I am not a big or heavy person to wear them out quickly (I weigh 140 pounds); I spoke to the manager and he told, "It isn't covered by the warranty, because is normal" but let's be frank, a pair of boots at that cost should not wear out so quickly. The manager did not give me any solution, the only thing she could say was that if I had a claim, I would have to deal with Puma company on my own; The only thing I can tell you is that, don't waste your time going to this store, I recommend you that if your ideal is having a par of boots that can last you a good time in terms of durability go to Ross, Marshall or other store, you can find cheapest boots that are much cheaper and last longer!"
