I asked about a few pairs of boots and she would answer in a rude manner and would not acknowledge me or when she did she would look at me as if if I didn't have money to pay for the items. I was going to buy multiple pairs, but with the bad service and the bad attitude that I received I only ended up buying 1 pair. As the cashier was checking my item out who was really friendly by the way, nayeli ran to the counter to notify him that it was her sale when in reality she only gave me a bad experience. "5 months ago I went to the Boot World store because I had heard several recommendations from people who said that the store offered "quality" in their boots to their customers, however when I went there and bought a pair of Puma brand boots that cost more than 200 dlls, it turned out that 5 months after having bought those boots, and used them, they broke inside at the height of the heel, and now I cannot use them since when I walk I end up scratching and lifting my skin, generating a blister; As it is possible that such an expensive and "good quality" pair of boots wear out so quickly!
