"Stopped in here with some girlfriends to help a friend use a birthday gift certificate on a pair of boots. I never would have expected such a fun experience at a boot store lol! This place is aptly named - they have an enormous selection of boots, as well as belts, hats and Western wear. The employees are super fun and enthusiastic. I wish I could remember the name of the girl helping us...she was so knowledgeable with just the right amount of attentiveness without being annoying! She even had great info on where to go line-dancing. I went in for the sole purpose of helping a friend out, with no intention of getting anything, much less some cowboy boots! Yet, here they are (pic attached!) I even signed up for their rewards program. This surprised me as being a great store full of great merchandise and helpful employees. I'll definitely be back!"

"A bit disappointed w/the boots. All of the boots were dull and lacked style. I have a pair of J. Chism Ostredge boots that I have had since 1994. I got very ill and could not wear them until this year of 2018. They were stored in a boot case w/cedar boot horns. They came out in Miraculous condition. I was looking for high end boots, but could not, was told to check on line."
