No one came around to ask if any of us needed help(there were at least three different customers there and I never saw them on the floor til the end); both were at the register almost the entire time I was there on September 18, 2023 at 8 pm. One was even on his phone instead of helping people -_- There is a 25% off on the website, and the shoes were only discounted $10(10%) in the store, so you actually cheated me out of money. From now will stick to online since employees are useless. And this experience has me wondering if I should continue to support the brand. In the past I had one woman look up where I worked and give me a 20% discount on my work shoes, which I greatly appreciated. Where is that care for us workers now, especially in this awful economy?"
