"Lack of professionalism, lack of training, worst customer service. It looks like it’s everyone’s first day there. There were 4 employees standing behind the counter on their phones when we entered and no other guest were inside the store. Purposely ignored us, didn’t even offer help or a hello. They never left the counter and if you wanted a size you had to go them and in the end they said they don’t offer printed receipts and kept urging for an email while laughing at us."
