"I wanted to try the shoes I was gonna buy, but it's "company policy" that you can only try one shoe and not both!! So you're supposed to only wear one shoe and judge how good the shoes are.! This is the first and only place I've ever experienced this..and it's an absurd policy too!! No logic whatsoever, the manager was rude too..the worst customer service.!"

"I ordered shoes in October and we are now 14 days into November still no shoes. I’m done with this store. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes, one is ready but I can’t pick it up because it will cancel out the other pair. This is ridiculous, my trip is coming up and no freaking shoes. I’m so pissed. I ordered here before with problems then to and thought maybe things changed but I guess not. If you can’t fulfill orders or let customers know something, maybe the owner needs to think about another line of business."

After waiting more than 2 weeks for my shoes to arrive when I finally go in to pick up them up the girl at register went to the back to check and came back and said sorry the manager had to send the shoes back because the sole was messed up. The "manager" could have at least notify me of this issue."
