"Shameful service. They Don’t try and know how to sell and make money. Credit card machine down I am buying 100 bucks of shoes for my girl I am short 2.76 in cash. No discount no way to make the deal. I have to figure out the $2.76 for myself Silly wheel to spin at the end! bruuuuuhhhh….."

"I want to start off with that I personally have worked retail for 5+ years and I understand the concept of giving exceptional customer service. However, today was just ridiculous. I come into this store with my shoes, again MY PERSONAL PROPERTY that I paid for with receipt and one of the employees is already asking for the box and receipt. Automatically, that is rude and annoying. The employee, a Hispanic woman who does not speak English( I am Hispanic too and bilingual) kept following me around. Mind you I am simply carrying a tiny clutch bag and car keys. I then asked for a particular size in shoe for a particular brand. She kept showing me what she sees first which is a size one size smaller and half a size bigger. I said no countless times. I tried to have a lot of patience because I know how it is to work in retail but she really went overboard and I had to raise my voice and explain to her I want a size this particular size.I took it upon myself to search the row behind the boxes and found the size myself. If this is the training that is being taught, it is absolutely awful, annoying and straight up bad service. The shoes are tagged, we are on multiple cameras, the parking lot is small and yet I am being treated as a potential thief. I will never and I mean never come here again. The reason I give this a 2 star is because I got a a nice pair of shoes with the correct shoe size I needed. Customer service is -0 stars."
