"Don’t shop there, they gave my 16 years old a fake $100 dollar bill after my daughter return the shoes my dad took her straight to the bank to deposit the money and they told her it was a fake bill, my dad and my daughter went back to the store to let them know and they say that that’s impossible, my daughter is 16 years old! After the store she went straight to the bank!! She came back home crying!! that was her savings"

"Great Shoes and decent prices, but I had a bad experience with Shoe Palace. I bought some Jordan 11’s for 200+ dollars (I’m 14 by the way) I was saving all summer and the very next day the stitching on the shoe fell apart. By the stitching I mean the parts that hold the swoosh sign on Air Force ones and such. I wasn’t worried because I thought they would refund me the money or get me a new pair, but as I walked in, they said I couldn’t return them because they had already creased, even though I put a shoe shield inside to protect that from happening. I was furious, luckily, Nike has a policy where if you buy from a trusted retailer like shoe palace, you send the shoes to get inspected and if they pass a test they send you a voucher to re-but the shoes. So, shoe palace is great and all, but I’m not buying from this place anymore."
